Mission Mexico Sunday – January 29th
Join us Sunday, January 29th as we hear from our Mission Mexico Team about their recent trip. Come and join in celebrating what the Lord did in Mexico, as well as in their hearts.
Sunday – February 12th Announcements
- Answers In Genesis Seminar – Today & tomorrow, February 12th & 13th at the First Baptist Church in Elk Grove (8939 East Stockton Blvd). On Sunday, at 6:00 pm, the first seminar is “Why Can’t a Day Mean a Day?”, and at 7:30 pm “Noah’s Ark and the Global Flood”. On Monday, at 6:00 pm, “Jurassic Prank: A Dinosaur Tale”, and at 7:30, “Worshipping the Creator God”.
- Women’s Retreat Core Group Meeting – If you are interested in being on the Women’s Retreat Core Group (organizing & serving), please come to the meeting, today, in Pastor Bob’s office 15 minutes after the morning service.
- Fellowship Dinners February 19th – Want to meet (or get to know better) your family here at Calvary? This is your opportunity to get to know your brothers and sisters in a way that is impossible on Sunday morning. Different families will host small groups, and everyone contributes to the meal and fellowship! (See Flyer) Call Ken & Kim Souza for more information at 682-5561. TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO SIGN UP FOR THE FEB. DINNER!
- Next Sunday there will be a whole cake and pie sale. All proceeds will benefit the Women’s Retreat.
- March 12th-17th Season of Service Project – In partnership with LoveInc, Calvary Chapel will be participating in the Season of Service as LoveInc’s “Church of the Week”, helping them meet the needs of families in the community. Sign-up on the enclosed flyer or register on-line at www.loveinc.us.
- Family Camp – Interested in a family campout? Calvary Chapel Placerville has invited us to join them June 1st – June 3rd. If you would be interested in attending, please let us know on the back of the Welcome Card.
- Costa Rican Coffee for Missions…Help support CC Placerville’s missionary work in Costa Rica thru the purchase of specialty coffee for $15. See display in foyer for details.
