Calvary Chapel Sacramento is a fellowship of believers in Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to KNOW, LOVE, and SERVE Jesus Christ – to be conformed to His image by the power of the Holy Spirit.

To Know Him By:

Being Born Again

“And this is the testimony; God has given us eternal life, and this life is in hHis Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.” – 1 John 5:11-12

Studying His Word – The Bible

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” - 2 Timothy 3:16-17

Fellowshipping With His People

“So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.” – Acts 2:46-47

To Love Him By:

Worshipping Him

“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.” – John 4:23

Obeying Him

“He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me…” – John 4:21

Loving Others

“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” – John 13:34-35

“Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith…” – 1 Timothy 1:5

To Serve Him By:

Serving Others

“For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.” – Galatians 5:13

Using Our Gifts

“As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” – 1 Peter 4:10

Making Him Known, Sharing His Love, and Building His Body

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” – Matthew 28:19-20
